Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) is a project-based, business-improvement role. Business analysts help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. They elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then recommend the solution that adds more value. 

 

As Salesforce Business Analyst, your key activities at Stellaxius will be: 

  • Capture, document, facilitate and manage business needs: 
    • Shape and scope ideas 
    • Align business strategy with business goals 
    • Elicit business requirements 
    • Assess the impact of change on existing processes 
    • Suggest new business solutions/processes 
    • Capture and document old and new business processes 
    • Assist and conduct meetings of complexity requirements according to your career level 
    • Prepare business process documentation and process flows 
  • Be capable of applying the elicitation techniques: conduct a brainstorm session, document analysis, interview stakeholders, conduct requirement workshops (level of complexity according to your career level) and demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving 
  • Create an environment of open conversations with stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact between Stellaxius and its clients 
  • Document the requirements concisely (level of complexity according to your career level) 
  • Oversee all the implementation phases making sure it doesn't go off track and promoting communication between teams, if needed 
  • Coordinate and follow up on the end-to-end delivery of the business requirements 
  • Help producing adequate training material for end-users 
  • Work closely with different internal teams and other parties 

 

What are we looking for? 

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce 
  • Good Salesforce knowledge, capable of discussing configuration and some simple development requirements 
  • Be familiar with the latest Salesforce features to support analysis and solution facilitation 
  • Be experienced with designing complex business processes and have a good analytics capacity
  • Have a good perception of the delivery efforts required for medium to high complex requirements 
  • Familiarity with popular Salesforce integrations, and their effort/risk 
  • Have a good knowledge of the industry in which the BA is assigned to the Project 
  • Know how to extract data from Salesforce and which data to extract to support business analysis 
  • Able to negotiate medium to complex solutions with stakeholders 
  • Perform risk management analysis on medium to high complexity requirement 
  • Be able to manage a medium to large size project from a scope perspective 
  • We value any of the following certifications (or similar): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Community), CSM, PMI-ACP, OMG, CBAP, IBM 
  • We value experience with API, Omnichannel and Portals
  • English fluent spoken and written ability
