Our Technology   

Salesforce is a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together. It provides a single and shared view of every customer to everyone in the business team – from the sales to the marketing department, commerce, service, and beyond! The #1 CRM in the world is a low-code platform that uses a particular language called Apex (similar to Java), empowered with AI and an infinite number of opportunities!  

 

This is a temporary position, for a maternity leave replacement, the ideal candidate can choose between a temporary hiring or a freelance contract. 

 

As a Senior Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Director, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:  

  • Set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud and reports/dashboards for marketing, using Salesforce tools, Google Analytics and other third-party data, working with internal teams 
  • Set up engagement sequences and user journeys in Salesforce 
  • Analyse marketing performance, generating actionable insights and implementing those to boost results 
  • Manage incoming leads  
  • Contribute to marketing process improvement 
  • Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to create and adjust campaigns’ delivery and content accuracy, monitoring performance 
  • Help to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects such as (but not limited to) new ad implementations, nurture streams, email marketing, marketing automation and content marketing alignment 

 

What are we looking for?  

  • Proficient in Salesforce marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud – able to implement new campaigns, prospect journeys, set up emails, and manage incoming leads 
  • Familiar with Salesforce as a user – create reports and dashboards  
  • Data driven: expert in data analysis with multiple sources of data, combining information to generate insights and present to the team for informed decision-making 
  • Knowledge of B2B businesses, preferably within the IT industry 
  • Good to have: some experience with performance marketing (setting up campaigns, adjusting to enhance performance) and with Google Analytics 
  • Proficient written and oral skills in English  
  • Proactivity, problem-solving and creative skills to get the most out of your campaigns 
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines 
  • Eager to learn, reinforce existing skills and develop new ones 
  • Team player
