Are you looking to start a journey as a Salesforce Consultant?  

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will lead the effort on significant and often multiple business units in local and international projects. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

This opportunity would best suit proactive, adaptable individuals with skills and experience in using a wide range of project management and business analysis tools and techniques, who are keen to develop their careers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

As Salesforce Consultant, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:  

• Configuration tasks based on specific requirements with Salesforce’s most common features (eg. field configuration, Process Builder); 
• Building Salesforce reports/custom report types according to requirements; 
•  Build rapport with the client-side project team; 
• Testing configuration with different business scenarios, and/or overseeing UAT (user acceptance testing);  
• Simple data migrations;  
• Data clean-up;  
• Document solutions implemented;  
• User training. 

What are we looking for? (Junior until 3 years of experience) 

• University degree level (Management, Engineering or Computer Science is preferable); 
• At least 1 year of Salesforce Consultant experience; 
• Data model Knowledge: Understand the most common standard objects and their relationships
• Standard features and processes: be familiar with some standard features and their applicability to business processes;
• Sharing and Visibility: understand the difference between roles and profiles, know the basics about record visibility and record permissions;
• Reporting; capabilities:
• Basic reports and dashboard creation, be familiar with the existing report types and when to use them; 
• Automated processes: Know how to define and implement basic custom automations; 
• Data Migration: Experience on importing/exporting simple data to Salesforce using Dataloader or similiar tools; 
• Experience with Jira/PPM; 
• We value any of the following certifications: App Builder, Salesforce Admin; 
• English fluent spoken and written ability.
