Are you an experienced Integration Architect with a strong background in enterprise and telco environments, ready to take on a broader solution and end-to-end architecture role?

You have strong experience integrating large-scale, mission-critical systems such as CRM, billing, order management, network, data, and partner platforms. You translate business requirements into scalable, governable integration and API architectures, acting as a bridge between business, delivery teams, and enterprise architecture.

With a solid understanding of telco challenges – standardization, decoupling, performance, and long-term evolvability – you will work within the Enterprise Architecture function as an End-to-End Solution Architect, shaping and governing solutions across multiple domains and teams, from business intent through implementation and operations.

As an Integration Architect, your key activities at Stellaxius will:   

• Act as a Solution Architect and End-to-End Architect for integration-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Work closely with business analysts, solution designers, enterprise architects, and technical leads to translate business and domain requirements into robust technical solutions
• Design integration and API architectures across complex landscapes, selecting the most appropriate patterns, technologies, and deployment models
• Define and govern API strategies, including API-first and API-led connectivity approaches
• Support the full delivery lifecycle, from architecture and design through build, deployment, and operational handover
• Serve as a key point of contact for integration architecture within projects, facilitating communication between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead and participate in architecture workshops, design sessions, and brainstorming activities
• Oversee dependencies and interactions across multiple systems and domains, managing architectural risks and impacts
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps, actively contributing to their evolution
• Actively contribute to innovation streams and thought leadership within the Integration and Enterprise Architecture communities

What are we looking for? 

• 3+ years of experience in an Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in large or complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading integration initiatives and providing architectural guidance across multiple teams
• Telco domain experience (e.g. CRM, billing, order management, provisioning, partner integration, OSS/BSS) is highly desirable
• Experience architecting integrations using at least one integration platform (e.g. MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle Integration, IBM, Dell Boomi)
• Strong understanding of integration and middleware architecture patterns (API-led, SOA, ESB, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices)
• Experience with full API lifecycle management, including design, security, governance, and versioning
• Solid understanding of API-first principles and ecosystem-driven integration strategies
• Comfortable working with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures
• Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks, such as Open APIs and SID, is a strong plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Fluent English, spoken and written
