Are you looking to start a journey as a Senior Salesforce Consultant?

A Senior Salesforce Consultant at Stellaxius plays a strategic role focused on positioning the value Salesforce solutions, primarily through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. In your day-to-day activities, you will need to combine your marketing skills with data analysis, delivering value through marketing automation and optimization.

 

As Senior Salesforce Consultant, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:  

• Lead Salesforce project implementations in Clients, including Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud, from inception to completion, taking ownership of planning and benefit realization.

• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

• Act as a Client’s trusted advisor, developing data-driven recommendations to optimize Client’s marketing performance and ROI.

• Develop compelling pre-sales documentation, including proposals, presentations, and demos of products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

• Participate in pre-sales meetings and presentations, demonstrating a strong understanding of Client’s challenges and how Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud can address them.

• Design and implement proof of concepts for Clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Salesforce technology, e.g. Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

 

What are we looking for?

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technology, namely in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, marketing and data analysis concepts and best practices.

• Experience in designing and implementing marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients.

• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or other iterative development methodologies. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and English).

• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects, with the ability to manage small project teams and delegate tasks effectively.

• Organized and methodical approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Clients and deliver exceptional service.

• A strong interest in exploring and leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities within Salesforce. Knowledge of data and analytics concepts is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce (mandatory)

• Certifications in Salesforce technology, including but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Business Analysis (desirable)
