Unbabel struggled to align its marketing and sales operations due to data silos and synchronization issues with its previous marketing automation platform. This lack of a single source of truth made it difficult to accurately track progress and assess the effectiveness of their marketing and sales initiatives. As a result, the company couldn’t optimize its efforts, leading to missed opportunities and subpar results.
