Main challenge

With the objective to improve time to quote, increase deal profitability and overall commercial efficiency, Stellaxius was challenged to integrate Oracle CPQ Big Machines with the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud solution, to support Vodafone OpCos across different countries (United Kingdom, Spain, Hungary, Ireland, Vodafone Global Enterprise) in the SME and Corporate segments (B2B).

Stellaxius participated in the programme for more than 4 years and redefined it by implementing dynamic demand processes for live markets and expanding to support larger projects. This sparked a shift from Waterfall to the Agile methodology, transforming delivery and impacting areas like environment and release management. Enabling these new processes brought profound changes to team dynamics, starting with demand management and extending its impact across the delivery spectrum, where it contributed for a much lower average of development days per year to produce similar outputs.
