Are you looking to start a journey as a Salesforce Data 360 Consultant?
This is a high-impact role where you will be instrumental in shaping and growing our Salesforce Technology business. You will work closely with big, international clients, leveraging your expertise in Data 360 solutions.
As Salesforce Data 360 Consultant, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:
- Develop compelling pre-sales documentation, including proposals, presentations, and demos of Salesforce Data 360.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings and presentations, demonstrating a strong understanding of Client’s challenges and how Salesforce Data 360 can address them.
- Design and implement proof of concepts for Clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Salesforce Data 360.
- Lead Salesforce Data 360 project implementations in Clients, from inception to completion, taking ownership of planning and benefit realization.
- Analyze client’s data and identify opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Apply credit optimization principles by designing high-performance data streams and data processing logic that minimize consumption of Salesforce Service Credits.
- Produce high-quality project documentation including architectural diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications.
- Act as a Client’s trusted advisor, developing data-driven recommendations to optimize Client’s marketing performance and ROI.
What are we looking for? (Senior consultant with 4-6 years of experience)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Data 360, its related data concepts and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and English).
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects, with the ability to lead others, when required.
- Organized and methodical approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Clients and deliver exceptional service.
- A passion for Salesforce data related technology and a desire to drive innovation.
- Experience with other Data & Analytics areas of expertise is a plus.
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or Salesforce marketing Cloud Engagement (desirable)
