Are you looking to start a journey as a Tableau Consultant Stellaxius?

As a Tableau Consultant, you'll join our growing Data & Analytics practice to be a core contributor for the development of modern analytics solutions, enabling business outcomes. You'll contribute directly to major client projects, translating complex business challenges into resilient, efficient data structures while actively mentoring junior colleagues and driving technical excellence.

As Data & Analytics consultant, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:

• Develop compelling pre-sales documentation, including proposals, presentations, and demos with focus on Tableau.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings and presentations, demonstrating a strong understanding of Client’s challenges and how Tableau can address them.
• Design and implement proof of concepts for Clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Tableau and analytics solutions.
• Lead or contribute to data-driven projects in Clients, from inception to completion.
• Utilize advanced analytical and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from data (e.g. hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, classification or predictions).
• Develop data models and visualizations to communicate complex information effectively and build a storyline towards insights and business value.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to Clients for improving business outcomes.

What are we looking for? (Mid consultant with 4-6 years of experience)

• Strong proficiency in data and analytics tools for data collection, transformation and visualization and their applications in driving business value (including proficiency in SQL or Python, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools)
• Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis, data mining) to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and ETL/ELT processes for data transformation.
• Ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of activities, with the ability to manage more junior team members and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or other iterative development methodologies. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese and English).
• Organised and methodical approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with Tableau (mandatory)
