Are you looking to start a journey as a Salesforce Developer?
Salesforce Developer is a programmer who creates functionality and solves problems in Salesforce software using a variety of web languages, software programs, and technologies. He/She uses logic and reason, decode puzzles, remove obstacles, and create solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining websites and applications both for the public and internal sites for companies, and teams.
As Salesforce Developer, your key activities at Stellaxius will be:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and customize mobile workflows, layouts, and business logic for the Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Offline Mobile
- App using contract-based configuration (XML) and the Salesforce Modeler.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions, both on the Salesforce core platform and mobile devices.
- Manage and optimize local on-device database structures (SQLite) and data synchronization rules to support robust offline-first capabilities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs (REST/SOAP) to enhance platform capabilities.
- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging on both web and mobile simulator environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and query optimization (SOQL on the platform, and familiarity with SQLite is a strong plus).
- Experience or strong interest in offline-first mobile architectures, data synchronization concepts, and XML-based configurations.
- Experience with the Salesforce CG Cloud Modeler or a strong desire to learn and specialize in mobile offline app development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
