It’s a recognition we’re incredibly proud of, but not because of the ranking itself. Every year, the Great Place to Work survey captures how people genuinely experience their workplace, from leadership and collaboration to fairness, growth and community. For us, this recognition isn’t about claiming we’ve built a great culture; it’s independent confirmation that the environment we’ve intentionally created is experienced and valued by the people who are part of it every day.

When Great Place to Work announced this 2026’s ranking, one comment immediately stood out to us.

Those words stayed with us because they reflect something we’ve always believed: culture isn’t defined by where people work. It’s defined by how people work together.

A Culture Built by People

Culture is often associated with office spaces, employee benefits or company events. While those elements contribute to the employee experience, they don’t define an organisation’s culture. Culture is reflected in everyday behaviours, in the way people collaborate, support one another, communicate openly and build relationships based on trust and respect.

As a remote-first company, we’ve had to be intentional about creating those connections. Without the spontaneous conversations of a shared office, belonging doesn’t happen by chance. It is built through shared experiences, consistent communication and a genuine commitment to making everyone feel included, wherever they are.

Perhaps that’s why one of the survey results that makes us proudest is our 99% Community score. Behind that number are people who told us they can count on the support of their colleagues, who felt welcomed from their very first day and who genuinely enjoy working together.
