The calculation of emissions (carbon footprint) is ongoing, with recurring tracking of emissions in place, although some categories’ emissions still need to be calculated. Currently, we have completed the calculation of specific emissions.
In the next phase, our focus will expand to include ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, further aligning our operations with sustainability and corporate responsibility standards.

Their focus is on helping businesses get the most out of Salesforce by providing Advisory, analysis, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to fit specific client needs, driving business growth.
To achieve sustainability objectives by aligning the agenda with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), while adhering to Salesforce’s principles on social and environmental responsibility. The primary target was to balance greenhouse gas emissions, ensuring the offset or removal of as much carbon as emitted. The initiative focused on energy consumption (e.g., electricity) and operational activities (e.g., business travel, accommodations).
The project began with an in-depth analysis to assess the specific business needs and to customise the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC) solution for tracking the most relevant emissions. This involved identifying applicable emission categories and conducting precise calculations for each. With a clear roadmap in place, we transitioned to implementation.

Finally, a comprehensive dashboard was designed to visualise key metrics and data insights, which was presented during a final review session and can be used on a regular basis for tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.
