Sony initiated a significant digital transformation with Salesforce, encountering challenges in realising the anticipated outcomes. This prompted Stellaxius’ health check, which revealed areas for improvement in data stewardship and management, the establishment of a unified source of truth between systems, cross-business unit usage and adoption, governance, and standardisation.
Sony was aware of existing challenges, but did not know the extent or how to address them to strengthen its B2B operations across diverse business units coming together under the same umbrella.
Stellaxius conducted over 70 interviews with various stakeholders and thoroughly documented personas and processes.
The Stellaxius Assessment and in-depth analysis revealed that unlocking the full potential of efficient and effective business operations required a structured approach and roadmap based on a business-value analysis of the recommendations, considering the urgency, importance and complexity dimensions.
