This year, at the Consulting Partner Regional Recognition we were rewarded with the Community Impact Partner award for Portugal. We are truly happy that we can enable a positive change in our communities, following our values since the very beginning.
The Consulting Partner Regional Recognition
Every year, Salesforce awards the partners who played a significant role in different categories, worlwide.
We accomplished the Community Impact Partner award for Portugal through our activities regarding social responsibility, contributing for the Pledge 1% and the diverse talent we bring to the Salesforce ecosystem.
Aside the software side of Salesforce, the company encourages partners to act through global challenges. The Salesforce Partner Program Trailblazer Score measures each one’s contribution and the Lead Pillar was introduced to reward the partners who are taking a step in corporate social responsibility, having in mind the Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations.
What have we done?
There were two big impactful challenges we faced that made us win this recognition in the Partner Program.
Our commitment with Talent Alliance
The first, our commitment to Talent Alliance: we are integrating non-experts in Salesforce within our company, training, supporting, and converting them into CRM Salesforce experts. Even though, the process of converting people into the world of Salesforce is a challenging journey, it is highly gratifying.
Over the last year, more than 80% of hired professionals were not Salesforce experts. This year we remain to re-educate professionals. We’re making them outstanding performers and valuable collaborators within our client’s projects – with about 50% of the new employees initiating into Salesforce now.
Our target is to integrate from 40 to 60% of non-Salesforce experts within our company.
We’re integrating diverse people within Stellaxius: from different backgrounds, beliefs, and races. This is what powers our innovation. Now, more than 75% of people reporting to our general managers are women. And this represents a huge change between the majority of consulting firms.
Pledge 1-1-1: supporting Movement On The Ground
The second action was our contribution to Pledge 1%, supporting philantropy within our business.
Due to the covid pandemic, we choose to support directly only one institution – the Movement On The Ground.
This foundation is working every day to help the refugee crisis. They promote volunteer programs and also collect donations to improve the way people live their lives in refugee camps. We had the challenge to manage all the scattered information about volunteers and donors, generating a process that measures effectively the performance of their marketing activities.
In conclusion, by building a solution based on Salesforce NPSP and Pardot automation, we improved the volunteer application process while captured new leads, both for donors and volunteers, and help this foundation on tracking marketing campaigns. We decreased the volunteering process time while increasing donors and volunteers conversion and marketing ROI. We also had an online event dedicated to non-profit organizations, involving both Salesforce and the Movement On the Ground foundation.
In the month we celebrate 13 years of existence, we can say we are lucky to drive positive change in critical global challenges. Our values align with Salesforce to improve any community: we’re dreaming awake, trying to make the world a better place.
