For over four years, Stellaxius supported Vodafone by implementing dynamic demand processes, transforming delivery with Agile methodologies.
“Stellaxius made a significant difference to our CPQ Programme, from sharing valuable insight and baseline requirements during the CPQ selection phase to implementing and managing a full Demand process. They helped us manage our releases effectively, with the necessary bridges between the CPQ and Salesforce.com teams. I definitely recommend Stellaxius, they are professional, organized, skillful and knowledgeable.”
Vodafone is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, with a global presence in over 25 countries. The company’s primary goal is to provide high-quality communication and connectivity services to its customers with a wide range of services, a robust infrastructure and an advanced network.
Stellaxius have been partnering with Vodafone since 2008 – that’s a lot of Salesforce projects!
To improve time to quote, increase deal profitability and overall commercial efficiency, Stellaxius was challenged to integrate Oracle CPQ Big Machines with the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud solution, supporting Vodafone OpCos across different countries (United Kingdom, Spain, Hungary, Ireland, Vodafone Global Enterprise) in the SME and Corporate segments (B2B).
Stellaxius participated in the programme for more than four years and redefined it by implementing dynamic demand processes for live markets and expanding its support to larger projects. This sparked a shift from a Waterfall methodology to Agile, transforming delivery and impacting areas such as environment and release management.
Enabling these new processes brought about profound changes to team dynamics, starting with demand management and extending their impact across the delivery spectrum, where they contributed to a significantly lower average of development days per year to produce similar outputs.
